Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my room for month-month rent in a 1100 square feet two bedroom one bathroom condo. I am moving out to live with my boyfriend and my current roommate (female, 29) will remain living at the apartment. The bedroom available is unfurnished. The condo building is called Manor Gardens Condos at 1465 Baseline Rd. It is in a prime location and is walking distance to Walmart, Loblaws, Fresh Co, Food Basics and several restaurants, Fit4Less, parks, etc. It is also a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bus ride to Algonquin College. All utilities are included, rent would $995/month, an underground parking spot is available for extra cost. The building has coin operated laundry, a fitness room, billiards room and an outdoor pool. The wifi cost will be split between you and my remaining roommate.
