Quiet, nice, safe area, with lots going for it, 2 pools, billiards room, work out room, sauna, hot tub, smart home with lots of security. The room has a half fridge/ freezer and microwave, new very cushy bed. All new everything. Everything included in one fee, need an older professional, or someone who has a full-time job that loves animals, my furbabies are my life. Not into having guests or party animals, I like it peaceful. Someone who can pass a background ck has previous rental history and references. I know not everyone is a perfect match and sometimes we might have to look outside the lines because I am a flexible and kind person but at the same time please don't take my kindness as a weakness I can go from puppy dog to lion when it comes to B.S. or trying to take advantage, but if you're not that type we will get along great.
