My husband and I are looking for a quiet single roommate to rent to. We’re very down to earth working professionals with a dog and cat. We don’t smoke and rarely drink. Looking to rent to one person without pets and kids. The downstairs bed/bath in our 3-bedroom condo is available 4/25. Bedroom has private bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. Room has sliding glass door, closet, and ceiling fan. We have an extra full bed with bed-frame and TV stand if needed, but can move out if not needed. There is no private entrance. Condo complex comes with community pool, basketball court, etc. All utilities & internet are included in the rent. Washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. is shared.

Renting a room in the unincorporated area of Menifee known as Romoland with full house privileges with a semi private bathroom 🚻

One room available downstairs in three bedroom/three full bathroom two-story apartment. The room will be unfurnished - these are the only pictures I have at this time. This room doesn’t have a closet but we have a tall, double-tiered clothing rack that has always stayed in there for whoever’s room it is:) we also give the downstairs closet to the roommate with that room, so there ends up being plenty of space. The full bathroom is a good size and has great light. I have lived here for years and love living within walking distance of downtown, the pier/beach, a grocery store etc. Our complex is gated and small & there are lots of cute neighbor dogs and a big, sunny courtyard.
