Ive had a spare room I was using for guests or my friends kids to sleep in, but its time I rent it out for a few months! You get your own spacious room, big bathroom, and all the amenities on the property (inside & outside gym, pool, clubhouses, private offices, etc). Washer & dryer in unit. Utilities not included but we’d split it halfway regardless. It does have a dual queen bunkbed in there currently with a tv, I can take out the bunkbed and you can keep the TV in there if you’d like. Honestly whatever works.:) I dont mind a parent and child renting the space either! I do have a tiny 8lb cavapoo (fully potty trained and doesnt shed) so you’d have to be okay with cuddles & loving from her. I’m cool with one more pet (depending on the type) but ideally no animals.
