Recently restored home in a neighborhood w/1 way in & out. Extremely nice, quiet, safe with no traffic & parking. Utilities are included & 2 fridges & everything u need & u just need your clothes, food and toiletries and the kitchen has everything you need to make whatever you want., Maid cleans the home and cleans the room for 25USD per request to clean, vacuum, hardwood floors mopped, dusted and bedding changed. Very large backyard with a hammock under the umbrella tree for a nice book & quite so you will realize you fell asleep. I suggest that you take a few minutes to take a look at the home, neighborhood along with everything you will see what is around the corner and just minutes away from where you want to go., had a Airbnb as a Super Host for 7yrs and was a Super Host in 5 months. 98% of my guests were traveling nurses & Drs. 3 Roommates (2 nerdy, co-ed professionals, one 2026 graduate and new adult!) in a 3/3 house with attached garage & laundry. One roommate is leaving in July, another leaving within the next 8-24 months, primarily lives out of state (in Daly City typically less than 7 days a month). No smoking, no pets per the Landlord's lease. You will be signing a new 12-month agreement with the landlord along with the other 2 tenants. Note the 3rd tenant may leave at any point once his child is off to college, so the goal is to find a tenant who can split 50% of costs now - you will benefit from a lower rent cost while the 3rd roommate is here. Primary roommate is female, working professional, The other roommate is a married male, lives in Colorado for 75-85% of his time. Both drive but you will have one of the 2 attached garage parking spaces. There is also free, off-street parking on the one-way street on which the house resides. Limited storage in the garage and plenty of storage in the home office room that would be exclusively yours. We will be conducting complete background checks through TransUnion SmartMove at a cost of $48. That is the only application fee and will be paid directly to TransUnion (not us or the Landlord). You will not be obligated to pay any deposit as that is already paid.
