The room I am renting out is bedroom 3 and the bathroom next to it is your own private bathroom. Me and my friend are looking for someone who is reliable and can pay on time. The rent is $ utilities included. Our town home has a community pool, jacuzzi, grill, little play ground for kids, the rec center park right next to it and we have our own patio in the front. You get your own private bathroom and room. All house privileges we just ask you respect our home.
