My family lives in the home which includes my mom, grandma, cousin, and girlfriend. We all work so most of the time you will have the house to yourself during the week. My grandma does not but she keeps to herself. You will have access to a shared bathroom which we clean every week. Access to washer and dryer in the house. Full access to the kitchen and a backyard. There is storage in the kitchen and garage for larger items. As well as a fridge in the garage to store food. You can bring friends and family over all we ask is that noise level is low after 12am. We are located off Vista way and Rancho Del Oro. Direct address will be given if we schedule a meet up or tour for the space. It’s minutes from the beach and downtown Oceanside and the 78 and 5 freeways. It’s a two story house, very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Please feel free to ask any questions. Rent is $900 a month with utilities which include trash, water, internet and electricity at $150 a month for a total of $1050. Pets may be allowed but prefer to have a discussion first as I have one pug in the home and just want to make sure any other pets get along with him.

Hey I am looking for someone to fill a room next month. Rent is pretty affordable at 1000 plus utilities. The room comes with a parking spot for ease of access, in unit laundry, a shared garage for extra storage. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. We live in a nice HOA with amenities like a pool, hot tub, basketball court, and a tennis court. We are 8 mins away from the beach and less than 1 mile away from the I-5 for commuting ease. The complex is pet friendly and so are we(the landlord asks for a deposit and extra rent for animals).We are only looking for one roommate at the moment so please let me know if you’re interested in looking at the apartment. Greetings: I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at the Shadowridge Summerwind Apartments in Vista, CA, that I just moved into in February. This is the Moriah floor plan if you want to check it out on their . I’m asking for $1,250 all together, which includes the internet and all the utilities. Full rent on the unit is $2,740 and the internet/ utilities come out to approximately $300 each month, but I figure I'll pay slightly more since my room is slightly bigger and I’ll have the assigned parking spot Amenities- Private bathroom/ shower- Stackable washer/ dryer included in unit- Air conditioning- Fully equipped kitchen- Woodburning fireplace- Gym on property- Pool area I'm a 35 year old man. I work as a paralegal in Carlsbad. I'm gone M-F from approximately 9:30AM - 7PM on weekdays and I go to the gym most nights after work from 8:30PM - 11PM. Weekends I'm usually out and about running errands and what not or at the beach or gym so I'm not home too often. I'm looking for a CLEAN, HYGIENIC, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, considerate, and professional roommate. I'm a very clean person and don't leave a mess anywhere and I expect the same. I love animals so I'm open to having a roommate with a pet if they're responsible and the pets are well behaved. You'll have to pay the extra pet rent and submit a pet deposit, though.
