I have one furnished bedroom available. Rent is month to month in order to allow freedom and flexibility for life's ever changing circumstances. Life is always changing with good times, bad times, new opportunities and so on. Having a month to month situation and freedom makes more sense. This also means if you need to leave for any reason, you do not have to give or wait for a 30 day notice. Likewise, if I need you to leave for any reason, please be drama free about it. I have a rent drop box system and rent is due on the 20th of each month which is credited for the following month. For example July's rent is due June 20th, August's rent is due July 20th and Sepetember's rent is due August 20th (essentially 10 days before the 1st).
