Really really amazing location, close to UCI, Vanguard, OCC, South Coast Plaza, Balboa Peninsula, The Camp, etc.! Resident and guest parking are both available at no extra cost. April rent will be prorated since availability is opening mid-month (as mentioned earlier, rent is 1.6k for base, renters insurance and internet normally)
