The living room and kitchen are shared areas(also Room Available for May(maybe June) – 3B/3.5Ba Townhome: $1050/month furnished) as well as the patio. There is a parking pass included for the building parking lot, and there is driveway parking as well. Guests can park along the Main Street of the neighborhood for free. We’re about 5-10mins from campus, 10-15mins from downtown. We’ve got access to the bus stop and are walking distance to a shopping center. I WFH so I’ll cover the Internet, but the rest of the utilities are split equally(usually ranging from $60-80 depending) - These are usually due around the middle of the month.
