I have two female roommates who are in undergrad at USC, one has a sweet dog.My rent is $ (not including online payment fees) with utilities included, fully furnished, patio, private bathroom and closet in room PLUS private storage closet, and washer and dryer in unit, as well as a private shuttle to campus. Good walking distance from the football stadium. I am room A, so the one closest to the front door.

The bathroom is shared with one other girl and there are 2 sinks you will only be sharing the shower/toilet. There are cabinets under the bathroom sink as well. There is a full sized kitchen and living room. A washer and dryer come with the unit as well. Internet comes with the rent. The only separate payment is the electric bill and it is usually between $ a month. One of the girls living here has a dog. Her name is Ivy and she is very people friendly and she is a great apartment dog. There is a balcony as well.
