About yourself: Preferably male You should be full-time employed, have a good credit history, a good rental history, no criminal background, no drugs, no excessive alcohol, and no smoking on the property. You can have friends once in a while being mindful that this is not a party house. No pets, please, due to pet dander allergies. The utilities (electric, heat, water) are shared equally and come to around $100 total per person/per month. A deposit equal to one month's rent is due on or before move-in. If interested, please tell me about yourself, your occupation, hobbies, and the expected move-in date and duration. Prefer 6-months minimum and then month-to-month after that.
