Hi there! Our previous roommate left in order to move in with their partner, so we're looking for a new roommate to join us at our wonderful little townhome. The room is available right now, and we're primarily looking for a woman or a non-binary person.The townhome is located in a safe, quiet community with access to public transit, trails, and a large grassy outdoor area available to residents. Other features include a community pool, snow-shoveling service, a covered garage space, a spacious kitchen, air conditioning, and in-house laundry (no coins needed).
