I live in a 3 bed, 2 bath split level house in wheat ridge, about 10-13 minutes from golden and about the same to downtown. I’m looking to fill either the basement(bedroom, office, and bathroom) with one person or two of the rooms (either upstairs and we share a larger bathroom, or downstairs and you have your own smaller bathroom) with 2 different people and the office room would remain a common room. Since it’s a split level the basement windows are standard sized and large like the upstairs rooms. It’s just me currently as my current roommate is in the process of moving out. Rent for half the house would be $1300 or $825 for a single room with the office basement room remaining a common room. In addition to the rooms there’s a fairly large kitchen with a lot of storage, a large living room, a backyard, and a 1 car garage (mostly used for storage) with an extended driveway. The house has AC and heat, and we would both be responsible for WiFi, power/gas, and a yearly trash/recycling bill. The landlord covers sewage and water. The neighborhood is great, and across the street are several restaurants, a running shop, a coffee shop, and a few other things. There’s also a large park 5 minute walking distance away.
