There is also a window unit in the closet to be used in the warmer months. The home has central heating, but you’re welcome to add a small space heater for additional warmth.On the main floor you will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, and shower. Parking can be along the road or in the lot behind our fence (it’s the same property). There’s also extra storage room in the basement if you need it!The deposit is hundred (refundable) and rent is hundred. (If move-in date is not the first, that month’s rent is prorated based on your move-in date.)
