Currently looking for two female roommate to join our house in Erie, CO. We have been renting here for about 2 years. Our current 3rd and 4th roommates are leaving CO. The house is entirely furnished BESIDES your bedroom.- One room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with one other girl - The second room is the only room on the main floor and has it’s own bathroom We do have furniture to furnish one of the bedrooms if needed! There is plenty of street parking in the quiet neighborhood and possiblity of a spot in the garage depending on the size of your car. We are 30ish minutes to both Boulder and Denver.
