Hello! Summer sublet available from June 1st- end of September. One of my roommates and I want to summer sublet our rooms in a three bed two bath apt near UChicago. Our third roommate will stay in the apt over the summer. The rooms come furnished. The apt has central ac, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. The building has a gym, conference rooms, and bike storage. We both pay $1500/month, but we are willing to make the rent more competitive for the right renter. Pets allowed on a case by case basis!
