I am looking for a roomate starting August 1. A little about me-i work full time as a caregiver. The place is called The City Flats At Renwrick. it has a gym across the street and is facing a outdoor pool. it also has a cafe and bar nearby and is a 20 minute walk from the college mall and 12 minute walk to Kroger/the bus stop. the apartment is two bed two bath. Each person will get their own bathroom and have a big closet in their room. there is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment itself. there are no bugs or roaches! perfect place to live! the move in date is August 1st! that is when the lease starts. The rent is $875 per person so it is $1750 a month in total. This does not include heat and electricity which is usually a $60 extras.
