Lets share living expenses

I am looking for a roommate to share expenses with. I’ve always kept a roommate in my last roommate we live together for 10 years. I have a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. I’m responsible, and pretty low-key. I don’t have company often and I’m very quiet and respectful. I work 12 hour shifts so I’m gone a lot. I also sleep a lot but I sleep like a rock. Some noise doesn’t bother me. The price includes everything except your food and toiletries. The room can be furnished or unfurnished all depends on your preference.
