Hello, I am looking for someone to replace my current roommate who is moving into his own place. He needed more room but I like my current location. Rent is 1400 per person. We are close to both the Belmont L (Red, Purple, Brown) station and the Wellington (Purple/Brown) stop, as well as Mariano's and Target for groceries. We are a 10 minute walk from the lake and there are tons of restaurants and things to do close by. There is a big kitchen with lots of space, dishwasher, in building laundry, workout room and bike storage, and very responsive maintenance. I live in lakeview, with a furnished apartment (not including your bedroom) and my cat, Mew, who will be a year old in May! All of my cats' materials are in my room (litter box, food, etc) but I would appreciate the help to feed her if I am ever out of town for more than a day. I work full time during the year, including some weekends, but I work part time in the summers since my full time job is at a school. I work in the office so I will usually be out for most of the day during the year. I am clean, keep to myself, but can be good in conversation if you like to chat.
