Shared kitchen, living room, full bathroom + half bathroom. Great patio space and backyard. Off street parking. The room is available on March 1st. Unfortunately, No other pets welcome. Price negotiable depending on duration of rental, etc. Utilities vary but are around $100-$200 a month. If you want to rent the room with utilities included $1000 a month.
