Hi, my name is dave. I am a 53-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Costa Mesa. The monthly rent is $1550 and the room is available immediately.

Currently have two female roommates. One is leaving and I’m looking to replace her with preferably another friendly female roommate. We usually keep to ourselves for the most part and are very laid back.

I have a bedroom with a private bathroom available at The Marke in South Coast Metro for move in now. The lease has been renewed as of 5/31/26 and it would just be us two living in the apartment. The apartment has shared common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and balcony. It also includes an in-unit washer/dryer and your own parking space in an enclosed parking structure. The community has a rooftop gym, pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, gardens, and other amenities. Your rent portion would be $1,625/month, which includes internet and cable. With shared utilities included — apartment utilities, electricity, and gas — the estimated monthly total is usually around $1,730–$1,740, depending on usage.I am flexible with the $300 deposit. It can be paid in installments.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the living room, dining room, and kitchen are furnished with new furniture and 80-foot flat-screen TV. The complex has amazing amenities: full gym (multiple rooms), rock climbing wall, pool tables, very nice clubhouse, movie theatre, 3 pools with hot tubs, and multiple grills. Great for bbqs and entertaining guests. Apartment complex is walking distance to Southcoast Plaza, Philz Coffee, Starbuck’s, and many restaurants and bars. This is for one-person only.
