Cozy 2 bed 2 bath apartment about 10 minutes from the beach on a quiet street with great neighbors. The apartment gets great natural light and is an end unit as well as a split floor plan so you would not have anyone sharing a wall. The unit is mostly furnished, you would just need your own bedroom/bathroom set! The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and living room so there is plenty of privacy. I am a quiet, respectful roommate who mostly keeps to myself. I am happy to have you come for a tour of the apartment or send additional information if you are interested! Looking for my ideal roommate: someone clean, chill, and drama-free, a full-time working adult (no remote work). Friendly and open to occasional hangouts, but also respectful of private time and a quiet living space. Must be healthy lifestyle-minded, non-smoker, and no vaping. About me: I work in-office 3 days a week and remotely 2 days. I’m currently taking nursing courses and spend a lot of time studying. I also teach yoga, Pilates, and nutrition. I cook and meal prep regularly, so I use the kitchen often. I have two sweet, well-behaved dogs. I love spending time in nature, staying active, and hanging out with friends.
