Powerful app for finding dream homes
Your companion for any residential search process. Even though I work in the tech industry, I am not a big fan of downloading additional.apps on my phone. I can come up with a number of "downsidesrelated to downloading apps unnecessarily. Roomser, on the other hand, was a welcome addition to my app library and comes with tremendous value. Roomser offers a variety of features that will make it possible to laser target search for your next dream housing solution. I recommend Roomster with 5 star

Easy to Use App
So far I have received contact from 2 renters and 2 possible roommates. since this is my first few days on the app. Id say it's going quite well. The app is very user friendly the prices are a bit high if you end up looking for a long time. So I suggest making it a quick but informed decision and making the best of what you can find.

Easy to manage listings and payments
I paid for 2 weeks and interviewed tenant. As far as I can tell the app works well. Just wish message notifications were better. Easy to unsubscibe and delete listing once the room is rented! I find it to be a great app and worth the money. Will use again. Be aware the 2nd week billing was charged very close (within minutes) to same time and day initially charged. Honorable transaction.
