I have a big, spacious house with a furnished bedroom for rent with a private bathroom. The home has been recently remodeled. It has new appliances, plumbing, heating and air conditioning. It also has [REDACTED] the entire home. Each bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan for customized temperature control. Its very peaceful, clean and definitely a place to relax after a day at work. Parking is available, as well as kitchen amenities.

We have a single bedroom and shareable bathroom available for May 1st. Parking available on the street very safe area and parking available on the side of the house. We keep our house nice and clean and we have a house cleaner who comes weekly to clean. Kitchen is available for use and we have an extra refrigerator if needed to put food. No pets allowed and no overnight guest allowed, it’s a family home so we have to respect others safety. No drugs or any substance allowed. We do have Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College near by and other colleges as well and freeways and shopping centers too.
