Roommates are expected to keep common areas clean and well-maintained. Monthly rent is $1,300 with a $1,300 security deposit. Rent is due on the first of each month, and a $25 late fee will be charged for each day it is overdue. Rooms are available either furnished or unfurnished, with an additional charge for furnished options. One of the rooms is currently being used as a walk-in closet, but it will be restored to its original use as a bedroom. All rooms include built-in closets. No couples!
