It's an easy walk to a grocery store, Starbucks, and In-N-Out.* The Room: Your private room has hardwood floors and a spacious closet.* Common Areas: You'll have access to a large living room with a TV for movie nights, a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, a dining area, and a huge backyard with a propane BBQ grill.* Parking: There is always ample street parking directly in front of the house.* Utilities: Our home has solar panels, which help keep our utility costs low. The total is always affordable and split evenly among roommates. We also have high-speed internet throughout the house.* Rent & Lease: The rent is $ per month, plus utilities, with a $ security deposit. We require a 1-year lease agreement.About Us: You'll be living with three friendly, professional men. We are responsible and respectful of each other's space, but we also enjoy relaxing in the living room for movies and TV. Our home is generally quiet and clean.Pet & Smoking Policies: We cannot accommodate additional dogs or cats. We currently have two indoor cats and a small dog that is with us part-time. We can discuss small caged pets (like a hamster or fish) on a case-by-case basis.
