Looking for a roommate that is willing to take on the extra bedroom in my bathroom townhouse apartment in Piscataway, New Jersey for a one year lease starting on January . The bedroom already has a comfortable queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser with a TV on top for your personal use, and a clothing closet with drawers and compartments and hangers. This is a 3 story apartment with the top floor including the 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main floor contains a fully furnished living room with 2 couches and a love seat, a flat screen tv, a small dining area, a kitchen with Samsung appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave) as well as a spacious storage basement with a brand new Samsung washer and dryer. The apartment building I live in has its own parking lot. Amenities include a small gym, a pool/cookout area with a volleyball court, and computers in the amenities center for personal use.
