Ideally I am looking for someone who is kid friendly, pet friendly, and aware of celiac disease due to sharing a kitchen. The shared space consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, a playroom, laundry room, one and a half baths. We have two dogs who live with us and both are friendly and a huge part of our family.

One of our roommates are moving out and we need someone ASAP to join us. We are in a bathroom unit each bedroom has its own bathroom. I can send a virtual tour of the unit as well. The portion of the rent you would be responsible for is $ + internet and electric. We need to sign the lease by June 1st and move in would be in September.
