Rent is $515/month/bedroom for 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1st floor apartment, $615/month/bedroom for 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms 2nd floor apartment, and $800/month/bedroom for 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 3rd floor apartment. WiFi and trash fees included in rent. Electricity and water will be shared with roommates in the same apartment (around $75 per month per person). All apartment units have central air and central heating, modern kitchen appliance (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave) and in-unit laundry. We take 4 month lease minimum. Thanks.
