I am a homeowner in Walton, KY renting out a couple of the spare rooms in my house. The location is not on a bus line, so transportation might be needed. There are some fast food places, a grocery store and various other shops close by. Also, relatively easy access to the interstate means getting to Florence or even Cincinnati is not too difficult.
