Hey everyone , I have a very nice non -Furnished room which available .The Room fits perfectly Full size bed, desk , nightstand , small extra closet . The monthly rent is $ high speed WiFi, $ for utilities , additional $ for heat & AC during winter / Summer season. Deposit is required $. The appartement is located in Sunnyside at the border of GreenPoint avenue and Long Island city. The apartment has four bedrooms with TWO bathrooms, huge living rooms and nice kitchen. The Room is available for only ONE person . The apt is occupied by two females and female is leaving at the end of August. Each Two tenants have their own bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It’s a Townhouse in the second floor. It’s located between GreenPoint and Long Island city. The closet subway is 7 train. It’s 6 mins walking . Tens of supermarket around the area . Four laundromats close to each other like two blocks down. There is diversity of all types of restaurants l: Italians, Japanese, Thai, Puerto Ricans , and Mediterraneans restaurants Roommate’s requirement: pay the first month’s rent and the deposit which is $ , proof of income /work & a good credit score .The new roommate must be CLEAN / respectful and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. The new tenant must be responsible of the rent on-time. Don’t make noise or disturb other roommate’s privacy. Overnight guests are not allowed overnight to avoid having problems. Guest is welcomed to visit till Midnight .Leaving food in the sink is completely not Allowed. Throwing the trash on a regular basis instead of leaving to other roommates to do it.
