If you want a private covered parking spot , its $/month or you can choose to park in the open uncovered spots.There is a $ deposit. I also require rental history and/or references.I'd prefer a non-smoker. And someone who is mature, responsible and picks up after themselves. *PS: Just moved from out of state , still yet to furnish the rest of the common areas. You are welcome to bring your stuff if you have any.

We are a cohousing, bilingual, LGBTQ-friendly family, with of whom works from home, one who travels. A potential roommate would need to be comfortable with kids (we have a yo and newborn), pets, and progressive views. Access to generous commons areas. Pet friendly, just ask.
