Rent will be sixteen hundred dollars including all utilities (Spectrum Internet, LADWP, SoCalGas). Central air/heat. Gas fireplace. Monthly water delivery. Couples are welcomed; however total would increase to twenty one hundred dollars. Each room has its own private bathroom. Large double-door mirrored closet plus large linen closet in bedroom. Extra shared closet in hallway. Additional shared storage closet on balcony. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. Double sink. Dishwasher. Living room is mostly furnished but can potentially fit extra furniture if needed. Garage parking included; however, spot is tandem. Surprisingly much less annoying than I anticipated. Open to discuss how we’ll handle it. Street parking available without permit. Availability is mixed. Washer/Dryer on each floor. Almost never need to wait since there are only 6 apartments on each floor. Four twenty friendly if you wish, but cigarettes must be smoked on the balcony only.
