Description

I’m a 35 yo female seeking a female roommate. I’m a veterinary technician and also in vet school. I will be starting my 2nd year in early August. I have a small dog (chiweenie) and seeking a roommate who likes dogs or maybe also has a small dog. No cats unfortunately as my dog will chase them and I have allergies. My old roommate and I helped each other take care of our dogs when the other was away so a similar situation would be nice but not required! When I’m in school I am usually gone (commute to Pomona) during the weekdays but sometimes I will have shorter days where I’m home earlier or days with no class. When I get home during the weekdays and on weekends I’m usually studying. More about me: I love music and going to shows/festivals, especially EDM. I have an acoustic guitar and keyboard but I don’t really play them much, however musicians are welcome to use my instruments! I also like taking my dog to the park, nature, yoga, working out, hula hooping, roller skating. I am spiritual and enjoy astrology, tarot, crystals. I have some plants in the home and you are welcome to bring yours! I drink alcohol socially/wine at home but I do not smoke 420 or cigarettes and seeking the same in a roommate. Vaping is ok. I do enjoy have a roommate who I can hang out/talk with and hopefully we vibe and maybe do things together. If you are an EDM lover that is even better! Must love dogs:) The apartment:
Very spacious, wood floors throughout, large living room with natural light, balcony facing west so nice sunsets, kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave, coin-op laundry on the 1st floor (we are on 2nd floor), parking garage with our own spots, pretty quiet residential area across from some churches, mini plaza with a Starbucks as well as public library and Target is within walking distance. The room:
Large bedroom with 2 mirrored door closets (lots of storage), natural light with a north facing window. Small personal bathroom with shower only, cute and private!
