No one is ever there and they give out water and towels. Nice large pool. Heated Jacuzzi and lots of nice private "work spaces" around the area. Central to LA so easy to get around to everything. About 30 minutes to downtown. 30 minutes to Manhattan beach and Marina Del Rey. Easy free parking downstairs for your guests. Managment is very nice and will work on getting you approved even if you have bad credit. We have a nice living room set up with couch and also a nice kitchen area with nice dishes. We got this two bedroom and dont use the other room so we wanted to rent it out. Open to couples and pets. Available in about a month.
