Heyo! ✌🏾 My place is located right northwest of the East Davenport Village. Pretty light traffic, outside of when The Bix race is going on. Then, it's completely inaccessible until it's over. Good thing it's only once a year lol. Crime over in this corner of the city is effectively non-existent, fortunately. The Quad Cities in general is still susceptible to the chaotic shenanigans that pop off from time to time, so I'd still lock your car at night 😉 This is a three bedroom home, but I currently only have one furnished bedroom available. It comes with a queen bed, a few drawer dressers, a nightstand, a closet, and a 50-inch smart TV. The house itself has a big ol' backyard; a two-car driveway + ample streetside availability for parking; fully functioning AC; and 1gig-speed internet service. There's only one full bathroom, unfortunately, and there are a handful of outlet, light switch, and vent covers that still need to be replaced along with several spots along the walls that need to be painted over. These things considered, my home isn't a genuine eye sore. I prioritized all of which that couldn't go without being fixed/replaced when I closed on this place. I moved in afterward, got busy, then kinda forgot about the smaller things 😅 The current occupants are my dog and myself. Trinity and I have no judgement against color, denomination, sexual preference, nor gender. I'm 420 friendly, but I don't smoke myself. If you do smoke, please take precautions to avoid imbuing the smell in anything in the house. I'm cool with pets, as long as they're well behaved, taken care of, and cleaned up after. You'd be to stay here, so having guests over really whenever is reasonable. Whenever I plan to have friends and/or family over, I will let you know ahead of time and be considerate of how it may effect your stress levels and sleep schedule. I'd appreciate the same in return, of course. PUH-LEASE 🙏🏽 don't bring anyone over whose ultimately gonna uproot the peace.

I work a 8-5 schedule and have a sober lifestyle and don't have many people over to visit or party except for movie nights occasionally. Hey there! My house has cats within it. Open to a roommate having a cat, but it would have to stay in their room. One of my cats isn't nice to animals outside of the ones already in the home. All my cats are people-friendly, though! Room is fully furnished (with the exception of sheets, blankets, and pillows) and includes a full-sized bed, a computer desk and chair, mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, and TV with a Netflix guest with no commercials. Bathroom is shared. $800 includes all utilities (as well as internet). If utilities get crazy-high out of nowhere we would need to adjust. Don't take 2-3 hour showers and we should be fine. 🤣 Parking available in driveway during the week, but street parking on weekends please. I host Dungeons and Dragons and Magic the Gathering on weekends and I would like my friends to be able to park in the driveway. Laundry facilities on .
