We have a large backyard, there are 2 living rooms, and the garage has a room in it for a roommate to make their own. A roommate can also do whatever they would like with the 2nd living room. We share the main living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. We have 2 full size refrigerators, we use 1 the other would be available for the roommates. We also have an extra mini fridge a roommate could use and a separate freezer we share. There are beautiful hiking trails in the neighborhood, as well as a park.
