Hi! Lemme just start by saying this home and the girls who live here are perfect. I'm just trying to move in with my boyfriend and need someone to take over my place in the lease! My bedroom is huge with a walk in closet, wood floors!, the bathroom is updated with modern marbled his and her sinks, all paired with a beautiful floor to ceiling window that wakes you up every morning with happy people and dogs being walked outside. The girls living here are super chill and funny and incredibly kind to each other. Preferably no work from home, no big dogs, and no heavy smokers. They're also creatives who vote blue too so I'm looking for preferably someone who will match that energy. No pets will live there if I move out so feel bring to bring a fur baby in! Laundry is shared but only amongst 5 people so it's pretty much always available. No A/C either but one street over and you can see the ocean so the weather here is immaculate and cool- no a/c needed.
