There is also a parking lot for an additional monthly fee, and pets are allowed, but will need to check in with one roommate who has some allergies. This room is $2,250/month + $100 or so in utilities (electric and internet). Moving in will require one month deposit and first month’s rent upfront. The apartment is available for move in July 15.
