Even though we're often times doing our own things, we are definitely looking for a roommate who is going to be friendly with the other roommates, is easy going, mature, responsible and conscientious of noise and communal spaces. We would prefer a female roommate. The room that is available is unfurnished and located in the hallway. It has little closet space, a good sized room, great lighting. The room does share a bathroom with two other roommates (double vanity bathroom) which has never been an issue in the past, but does require a bit of planned sharing at times (rarely).
