I’m and I’m need of a room!

My boyfriend and I want to move into a bigger place in November and would like to add a person to the lease. We do not have a place yet, but are open to most parts of Sac excluding midtown. We have 2 cats so preferably no more pets. We are clean, quiet, do not smoke, and do not have people over often and would prefer roommates that live similarly. We are at minimum looking for a 3 bedroom.
