Moving from MN to SF for new job!
室友 | Mission Bay, San Francisco, CA, USA
Hello! I am relocating from Minnesota to San Francisco at the beginning of November and looking for a private room in or near Mission Bay. I am starting as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Nudge, a neurotech company that works on neurostimulation, and my start date is November 9. I studied neuroscience and nutritional science at UWMadison, lived in Los Angeles for four years after graduating, and I am also in an online masters program in psychoactive pharmaceutical investigation. I will be at the office roughly 8 to 6 on weekdays and commuting by ebike. Mission Bay is ideal, and Dogpatch, Potrero Hill, SoMa, the Mission, and Bernal Heights all work well with an ebike commute. I am hoping for month to month or a shorter term to start and my budget goes up to $2,400. I am driving my car out, so street parking or a garage option nearby does matter to me. I have lived in a lot of different setups at this point, from a fraternity house to four male roommates, a female roommate, and a married couple, and I have gotten along well in all of them. I am clean and considerate in shared spaces and I am used to figuring out what makes a house work for everyone in it. Outside of work I go to the gym and recently got into bouldering, which I have been loving. I like hiking, swimming, and getting outside whenever I can, and I would love to learn to surf now that I will be near the coast again. I also enjoy concerts, music festivals, and finding a good coffee shop, and I am excited to explore San Francisco and meet new people. If you have a room opening up in early November, or you know of one that sounds like a fit, I would love to hear from you. I am happy to share more about myself, provide references, or jump on a video call) Thanks for reading!

Room Wanted–Mom with ESA small dog
室友 | Chino, CA, USA
Hi! Im looking for an affordable room to rent in a safe, peaceful home for myself, my 3-yearold daughter, who would stay with me parttime, and my small emotional support dog, who would live with me fulltime. Im currently going through a major life transition and working hard to rebuild stability for myself and my daughter. Having a secure place to call home would allow me to arrange childcare and return to work. Although Im currently unemployed, I receive $900 per month in CalWORKs assistance, which covers my target rent, and I have savings set aside to cover approximately three additional months of rent. Ive never had an eviction or late rent payment notice, and I take my responsibilities seriously. A little about me: Im hardworking, clean, respectful, and considerate of others. I enjoy baking, crafting, painting, and creating a comfortable home environment. Im looking for a living situation built on mutual respect, good communication, and consideration for everyones space. Im hoping to find someone willing to consider me based on my character, financial preparation, and determination to get back on my feet. If you have a room available or know someone who might, Id love to connect. Any leads or opportunities would mean so much. Thank you for reading!
