$750 a month room in quiet Old Hickory Nashville - 20 mins drive from downtown and 10 mins from the airport. There's 5 parking spaces and a shared bathroom and kitchen that are full furnished with microwave, dishwasher, oven, knives and forks and dish ware. There's a TV and couches, too. Nice patio deck and friendly neighbors. You'd pay 1/5th of the monthly gas and electric - it's usually $40-60. All other bills including 1G wifi are paid by landlord. Thanks!

The apartment in located in a quiet culdesac in the Rosebank neighborhood of East - a neighborhood that even the most vetted Nashvillians are surprised by. About the room - it is 11x9 by 11x9. Certainly the bigger room of the two. It serves as my living room at the moment. Beautiful natural light. About the studio - I am a professional music producer who utilizes this space on my off days. It’s truly a beautiful space in which I have built all of the panels. It is a very dialed in listening and work room in where you can host clients and such. I’m currently looking for a roomate to rent a wonderful home with me in Hermitage. It’s a bi-level home where the upstairs has three bedrooms (1 full bath and 1 full bath in master bedroom). Kitchen is also upstairs along with a large living room. Outside is a beautiful fenced in yard that’s very private and very spacious that comes compete with a wonderful patio to rest on.
