There is a full bath down the hall from the 2nd room which is not shared unless that 3rd room becomes occupied. This house is plenty spacious and all common areas are fully furnished. Unfortunately no pets allowed given we have one well-trained dog, two cats, and two bunnies. The bunnies are kept in their own enclosure and do not roam. Animas kept in small enclosures like lizards, fish, hamsters, etc. would be acceptable. There is no down payment necessary, it’s a lovely home, and smoke free. We look forward to meeting you!

We’re looking for a new roommate to take over our former roommate’s lease at the end of May. 3 bed, 3 bath, two story home with a bonus room upstairs. The downstairs bedroom that we are leasing comes with an en-suite bathroom and easy access to the main living room and kitchen! The bedroom with be completely empty but the house is mostly furnished with a couch upstairs and downstairs, a washer/dryer, and all main kitchen appliances. As for the outer aspects of the house we have a driveway that can fit up to 4 vehicles, and a good sized front yard. The backyard is pretty large and has a small back patio as well. The estimated base rent would be around 767, excluding utilities, WiFi, and renter’s insurance. Utilities included, it is around $800 depending on the monthly utility bill.
