With that being said….Let me start off by saying if you do not have a profile set up I am not going to respond!! I have to be able to read about you to see if I think we would mesh we[REDACTED]n the same house!! I have a dog and a cat. They are both extremely friendly. But if you are not an animal lover this isn’t for you. There’s 2 living rooms a Dining room and Kitchen. A large fenced yard also a nice driveway. On one side of the house is the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I have the Master bed and Bath. I have the back half of the house I’m looking to rent out. Each room is $ s-e-v-e-n hundred per mo. Or a couple can rent the whole side of the house for $ twelve hundred per mo. I pay $ fifteen hundred per mo. There is a privacy door if a couple rents. A dog may be accepted but we would have to discuss it and our dogs would need to meet! There would also be a non-refundable pet deposit. I babysit my niece and nephew often on Fri nights.
