The room is splitting a 2 bedroom apartment at the Beach House apartments in Jacksonville Beach so you can check the place out online, its next door to police station, gated, nice amenities and walk to beach. The monthly rent for the roommate is $ splitting $ total rent that includes all your utilities and the room is available with a 7 day notice. The room is furnished as photos show, in fact you may keep this furniture as your own and take it with you at no cost. The lease is through July, and I plan on departing to another city at that time. You could change your unit or add a new roommate at that time or plan accordingly. If you must bring your own furniture, this furniture can be removed to accommodate you. As a Tenant here, they will require adding you to the existing lease and providing you your security access application that opens doors and gates. I'm not judging anyone else's choices; however, it is a deal breaker to vape, smoke, or party in the apartment as that does not suit my lifestyle.

I’m a Yankee through and through. Born and raised in NY! So I do not have a filter. I’m straight forward and to the point. With that being said….Let me start off by saying if you do not have a profile set up I am not going to respond!! I have to be able to read about you to see if I think we would mesh and could live in the same house!! I have a dog and a cat. They are both extremely friendly. But if you are not an animal lover this isn’t for you. There’s 2 living rooms a Dining room and Kitchen. A large fenced yard also a nice driveway. On one side of the house is the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I have the Master bed and Bath. I have the back half of the house I’m looking to rent out. Each room is $ s-e-v-e-n hundred per mo. Or a couple can rent the whole side of the house for $ twelve hundred per mo. I pay $ fifteen hundred per mo. There is a privacy door if a couple rents. A dog may be accepted but we would have to discuss it and our dogs would need to meet! There would also be a non-refundable pet deposit. I babysit my niece and nephew often on Fri nights.
