Hey we’re looking for one more awesome roommate to renew a lease! Would be for one room in a nice 3br apartment and complex with convenient location near Atlantic ave and hwy exits, gated entrance, with lots of 24/ 7 amenities (pool, outdoor lounge areas with grilling/bar patio, gym, clubhouse entertainment spaces, one upper floor of quiet remote offices and study / workspaces / open meeting rooms, and catered resident events/ parties) with utilities split by 3, shared bathroom with one other roommate. The other roommates are 2 guys, we keep busy with work, and are easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean etc. Into working out at the gym, also into music a lot (edm mostly and some variety) and like video games, movies, marvel/ Star Wars, dbz.. ganja friendly/ but yeah looking for another roommate to lease anytime available after May 1st and we’ll split costs!
