This is a LGBTQ+ home but all are welcome as long as you’re comfortable with that. Utilities are split between the 4 of you. Eighty dollar App Fee, we run credit, criminal and background. The security deposit (will work with the right tenant) is the same as the rent.

He not only provides endless snuggles, but he will also let you know when a package is being delivered to the house. Unfortunately, he was abused, and consequently, I can't let him hangout with any kids. As my housemate, you would have access to the common areas of the house: kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining area, front and back patio and yard. You would have parking in the driveway.I am full vaccinated for Covid- and am seeking a housemate who is as well.If you want access to the heated pool and gym a mile down the road, it’s an extra $. That also gives you access to the lap pool and gym about 5 miles down the road. My boyfriend visits when he can, but it isn’t like he lives at my place, so you won’t feel like there are two housemates.
