We ask that you also keep the shared areas cleaned up after yourself, and to hand wash your dishes immediately. Guests are allowed but we are not a party house. Pest control prevention is done every other month. It’s very important and effective in preventing spiders and scorpions from stepping foot near this property. We have a brand new air conditioner and solar panels keeping the house very comfortable and cool. Please be flexible about parking arrangements sometimes. Asking for 740$ due every month on the 1st. 500$ security deposit is due up front. You will receive the security deposit back if the room and house are not damaged and left in good condition, but when the time comes you must give a 30 days notice of your move out date. This is a highly coveted place to live because we keep it peaceful, professional, and mature. We take care of the house's needs from deep cleaning, to making necessary repairs and upgrades.
