My name is Bryant and I'm looking for roommate (preferably male) to get an apartment together in Davenport around May 1st. I already have a place in mind. It's a beautiful luxury apartment complex that has only been open for 3 months, so we would be the first ones to occupy this apartment. Based on extensive research I've done, this appears to be the best apartment complex in all of Davenport, and coincidentally happens to be the newest. The two bedroom apartments have 2 full bathrooms (so each person gets their own). There is a full-sized washer and dryer in every apartment. Each apartment has a screened balcony. The complex has a coffee lounge, a fitness center that is accessible 24/7, a beautiful saltwater pool with palm trees around it, a dog park, and walking trails. The complex also hosts community gatherings once or twice a month so that people in the complex can get to know each other. The base rent for a 2 bedroom is $1,995. With additional fees that the complex charges, each person would pay about $1,100 per month. *Must be able to pass the apartment complex's background check, and proof of income requirements. A little about me, I'm 50, although people say I seem about 10 - 15 years younger because I'm VERY young at heart. I'm straight. I'm a professional who works in the insurance industry. I work from home every day, and my work schedule is Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm. I'll be new to the area, but I would eventually like to be able to have some friends over, but mostly I would hang out with them outside of the apartment. I'm clean, I'm very responsible. I used to want to be stand-up comedian/actor in NYC so I can find a joke in anything, but can also hold deep convos, and be serious if I need to be. My best friend would tell you that I'm a very laid-back, fun, kind, considerate, loyal, helpful, generous, empathetic, and compassionate person. This means I have a spare room to rent out for one person in our three bedroom single family home with two full baths and an additional two half-baths. It's technically in Davenport but it's right on the Osceola line. It is about 8 miles to Disney's Animal Kingdom and close to Champions Gate and lots of shopping and restaurants. Your room would be on the second floor and share the bathroom with one other awesome, chill and quiet gentleman. Your room is 12' x 11' currently furnished with a twin bed, dresser, and a TV. You would only need to bring your personal belongings. Rent includes all utilities as well as access and privileges to the kitchen, free laundry, pool, and driveway. Open to month to month or longer term situations. Please be aware that myself or my brother and his partner stay downstairs if we visit. They have partitioned a section of the living room into their own little private apartment and would not be in your way. We are fun, friendly people who would respect your privacy and are looking for an equally chill, quiet person and just ask that you are clean, have reliable income and pay rent on time. 1/2 month security deposit would be required up front and would be returned to you as long as you leave the place in as good condition as you found it.
